90-Day Warranty Policy

Small Engines Rx LLC stands behind the products we sell. Eligible products purchased from Small Engines Rx are covered by our 90-Day Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the terms below.

The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

What Is Covered

Our 90-Day Warranty applies to eligible products that experience a failure caused by a defect in materials or workmanship during normal and intended use.

If an eligible product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Small Engines Rx LLC will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

Replacement of the defective product
Replacement with an equivalent product when the original product is unavailable
A refund when a replacement is not appropriate or available

The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the warranty claim and product availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Small Engines Rx LLC's obligation under this 90-Day Warranty is limited to the replacement or refund remedies described in this policy. This warranty does not cover labor charges, diagnostic fees, equipment removal or installation costs, loss of use, downtime, or other incidental expenses.

What Is Not Covered

The 90-Day Warranty does not cover problems, failures, or damage resulting from:

Incorrect installation or improper assembly
Installation on an incompatible engine, machine, or application
Incorrect diagnosis of the original equipment problem
Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance
Unauthorized modification or alteration of the product
Damage caused by another failed or malfunctioning component
Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance
Damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship

The warranty applies only to products originally purchased from Small Engines Rx LLC.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe a product has failed due to a defect within the 90-day warranty period, please contact us at:

Please include:

Your Small Engines Rx order number
The product or part number involved
A description of the problem or failure
Relevant engine or equipment model information, when applicable

We may also request photographs or other reasonable information needed to evaluate the warranty claim.

Please do not return a product unless we provide return instructions. In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection before a warranty claim can be completed.

Warranty Return Shipping

If we determine that a product qualifies for coverage under our 90-Day Warranty and a return is required, Small Engines Rx LLC will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any applicable manufacturer's warranty is provided by the manufacturer and may have separate terms, conditions, limitations, and claim procedures.

Our 90-Day Warranty does not replace or limit any manufacturer's warranty or any rights you may have under applicable law.

Returns vs. Warranty Claims

Our 90-Day Warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy.

If you wish to return an unused and uninstalled product because you ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or no longer need the product, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

If an eligible product experiences a defect in materials or workmanship during the 90-day warranty period, the claim may be handled under this Warranty Policy.
