Small Engines Rx LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed the same business day or the next business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order processing business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that order processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once an order has been processed and shipped, standard carrier transit is typically 3–5 business days.

For standard shipping, customers should generally expect:

Carrier transit business days are generally Monday through Saturday, depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier service disruptions, destination, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Free Shipping Promotions

Qualifying orders over $200 may be eligible for free standard shipping when an active promotional code is entered and successfully applied during checkout.

Promotional offers, eligibility requirements, and promotional codes may change or expire. The shipping charge displayed at checkout after any applicable promotion is applied will be the shipping charge associated with the order.

Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order to determine whether an expedited service is available.

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when tracking is available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to receive the package and update tracking information after a shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@smallenginesrx.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@smallenginesrx.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the shipment information and work with the shipping carrier when appropriate to help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Refund Policy.
