Kohler 32 841 02-S Cylinder Head Gasket Kit

Replace a leaking or damaged cylinder head gasket with this Kohler kit. It includes the head gasket, intake and exhaust gaskets, and mounting screws needed for a cylinder head repair.

What’s Included

• (1) Cylinder head gasket

• (2) Kohler 24 153 37-S intake port gaskets

• (2) Kohler 24 041 49-S exhaust gaskets

• (4) Hex flange screws, M10 × 1.5 – 6g × 90 mm

Fitment: Kohler Courage V-Twin and 7000 Series engines. Replaces Kohler 32 841 01-S.

One kit includes one cylinder head gasket. If you’re replacing the head gaskets on both cylinders, order two kits. Check your engine model and specification number before ordering.

Installation torque: Tighten the cylinder head screws in a crisscross pattern in two stages: first to 22.6 N·m (200 in. lb.), then to 41.8 N·m (370 in. lb.).
